How can a mortal make the immortal God “HAPPY”?

Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can’t help but smile. It’s the opposite of sadness. A cheerful man is most of the time called a blessed man.

Once upon a time, there was a man who has not celebrated his birthday for decades, and it comes to a time when his birthday is approaching.

The children planned to celebrate their father for the first time in his entire life. Unknowingly to the father, one of his children drove him to a location with a large gathering of people ready to welcome him and celebrate him like a king on his birthday.

During the journey to the location, the father asked him “where are we going”? The child replied, “it’s your birthday and I want to take you out”. On getting to the location, a large crowd of people and brass band welcome him with songs and hymns.

He couldn’t close his mouth in surprise as he saw many people both old and young, the joy was overwhelming, his friends from far and near hugged him, he couldn’t resist the fire of joy burning in him, and he said: “These children have made me happy today, there’s nothing more in this world than this” with great joy of emotion, he prayed for the children and bless them.

If a man can be so much happy and refer to that moment as the highest in the world, how much more GOD our Father, in whose image we all are created (Genesis 1:26-27). God is the source of everything in Heaven and Earth, through Him all things gain existence.

The purpose of creation is “fellowship” just as the Angels in heaven fellowship with God day and night. Fellowship is a feeling of friendship, relatedness, or connection between people. A true fellowship with God gives Him joy, it makes Him thrilled and proud of us (Job 1:8).

One of the best ways to make God happy is by worshiping Him, one thing God cannot do is to worship himself. It is often recorded that miracles happened in true worship, just as with Paul and Silas (Act 16: 25-26). God is extremely happy when we reference and worship Him in truth and in spirit.

Our lifestyle, communications, thinking, and dealings must be holy and give glory to God because our God is holy (1 Peter 1:16). When God is happy with anyone, all of his promises became visible in such life as the supernatural presence of God became the order of the day.

When God is happy with you, the benefits are enormous. Are you ready to enjoy the unending benefits of God’s happiness?
